Best Time To Visit

Tibumana Waterfall is a beautiful destination that can be visited year-round. However, the best time to visit will depend on personal preferences and factors such as weather and crowd levels.

  • Dry Season: The dry season, which runs from April to October, is the best time to visit if you’re looking for sunny weather and clear skies. The weather is warm and pleasant, making it ideal for swimming in the cool pools at the waterfall’s base. However, this is also the peak tourist season, so the waterfall can be pretty busy.
  • Rainy Season: The rainy season, which runs from November to March, is an excellent time to visit if you’re looking for a more secluded experience. The weather is generally more relaxed and humid, and the waterfall may be less crowded. However, it is worth noting that the pathway to the waterfall can be slippery during this time, so suitable footwear is essential.
  • Weekdays vs. Weekends: Visiting Tibumana Waterfall during the week is generally recommended as it can get quite busy on weekends.

The best time to visit Tibumana Waterfall depends on your preference: avoiding crowds and enjoying a secluded environment or sunny weather and clear skies.

As I descended the steps, the waterfall came into view, and it was truly breathtaking.
