where is the Rang Reng located?
While most people come to Ubud Bali to see temples and beautiful scenery, I have always been interested in visiting the Rang Reng waterfall. Recently a friend of mine informed me that it was located at the Rangkiang Kanginan Village which is located near Seminyak, approximately 17 km from UBUD to the North. I went there not knowing what or how much I would be able to imagine the waterfalls but after taking a hike through the jungle for ten minutes with humid and hot weather, I arrived at a place named “Migrogas” where three large waterfalls were beautifully flowing waters.

Getting to Rang Reng is an adventure in and of itself, but the journey will be worth it – as soon as you arrive you’ll know why the Balinese call this place “The Hidden Paradise”.
