This East Bay location offers a delightfully restful and well appointed living space and excellent access to BART and freeways. The Boulevard with its many amenities and Lake Chabot recreation area are both close by.
We can often accommodate earlier check-in. Please inquire.
The space
This newly updated completely stand-alone setting gives you a private place to spend the night and has amenities that will brighten up your day.
Enjoy the all new Bertazzoni gas cooking range and microwave, Bosch fridge and dishwasher, hardwood floors, cabinets with custom LED lighting, Sony 4K Ultra HD TV with cable and streaming, and new furnishings.
There is also a small private balcony at the top of the stairs complete with a small table and 2 chairs. It is a great place to unwind at the end of the day–catch some fresh air and look out over the neighborhood. The studio’s upstairs location allows open windows while maintaining personal security.
The bathroom is doored off from the main living space and has a shower, toilet, and sink and fancy motion/touch activated faucet.

The house is about 5 miles from Downtown SF (15 minutes Uber/Lyft ride or 25 minutes by bus), and 15 minutes away from SFO. Express buses to downtown are running 2 blocks away from the house. Street parking is available.
Space
Our cozy home has a modern look and decoration style. The Guest Suite you’ll stay in was recently remodeled and furnished with taste.
The house is spread between 2 floors. Your private suite is on the ground floor. We live upstairs.
Our living room, fully equipped kitchen, patio are upstairs. While your private suite also has a private deck and plenty of space, you are more than welcome to come join us upstairs in the living room, the patio that’s with amazing view of downtown SF and Bay bridge, and/ or the fully equipped kitchen.
Washer and dryer are also offered for your convenience.
Guests can access everything except our bedroom.
Guest enter through the main door and then enter the master bedroom via a private corridor on the ground floor.

You’ll have a comfy bed, your own bathroom, complete privacy, lots of space, and a great view! It is ideal for visitors who want a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
It is an in-law unit, with entry through the garage. There is free but limited street parking. We recommend taking Uber or Lytf at night.
