With over 80 kitchen staff, including full-time butchers, bakers, and pastry chefs, the culinary creations are simply exceptional.
Executive Chef Jeremy Hunt leads the kitchen staff, using his agricultural upbringing as a compass for his creations. He emphasizes the importance of fresh, seasonal produce and believes in thoughtful and innovative pairings that respect and enhance chosen ingredients.

- If you’re staying in Kuta, Legian, or Canggu, you can expect a 15 to a 30-minute car or taxi ride, depending on traffic. The best time to travel is early in the morning or late in the afternoon when the roads are less busy.
- If you’re coming from Ubud, expect a 45 to 60-minute drive, but the picturesque views along the way make it worth the journey. You can arrange a private driver or take a taxi from your hotel to Ku De Ta.
