The Bridge Inn (Tafarn y Bont)

What makes The Bridge Inn, Anglesey restaurant unique?  Their Head Chef is an award winning chef specialising in fish and seafood dishes  Their PA is a Sous chef.  They also work with local farmers who bring fresh meat, veg and game to the restaurant every morning which is added to the fantastic fish and seafood menu. Sosban and the Old Butchers

Mark Hix’s Sosban and the Old Butchers is a dark, atmospheric restaurant in picturesque Anglesey. Mark has created a rustic feel to the restaurant using reclaimed wooden chairs and fence wood for the bar tops. Customers can see and touch ingredients even if it was only one day ago these ingredients were living. They can see beef and lamb hanging on hooks behind the glass wall of the butchers counter. The kitchen offers an open view to customers so that they can watch their food being cooked before their eyes or in this case, over their heads!

Hydeout

Hydeout is situated in the National Trust owned harbour village adjacent to the fantastic Anglesey Coastal Path. Naturally the emphasis is on seafood although vegetarians are equally well catered for. With a varied and interesting menu our aim is to use only fresh ingredients and where possible locally sourced produce. The Outbuildings

The Outbuildings restaurant, frequented by locals and visitors alike, has been open on the stunning Isle of Anglesey since September 2006.
