The area
The Annexe is reached through a Victorian gated entry. Enter a spacious, cosy, and trendy flat, complete with a well-equipped kitchen and everything you’ll need for your stay. A small outdoor seating area for two people is ideal for breakfast or evening drinks.
Access for visitors
Guests have their own side entry, which is secured by a Victorian-style arch. A few metres to the left is the front entrance. The garden is not accessible because it is a private space. My house is in a fantastic location, with unrivalled views of Poole harbour and just a two-minute walk from Lake Pier beach.

The area

It takes about 20 minutes to stroll across the nature reserve. Poole has a large network of cycling paths, allowing cyclists to travel long distances nearly completely off-road. The ride “around the harbour” is only 32 miles long and is better accomplished on a road bike.

Wonderful place near the beach to stay in Bournemouth, newly furnished, close to all stores, restaurants, and cafes, and a 5- to 10-minute stroll to the beach. Quite tastefully decorated. Netflix is used on the smart TV.
On the side street, there is free parking.
Other stuff to keep in mind
Also they have a puppy miniature Schnauzer named Taco who is very well behaved. He lives in the house but is only allowed downstairs in the general areas (kitchen and livingroom), which would not hinder the stay too much since the entry is isolated from that room and the bedroom and bathroom are both on the first floor.
#6 friendly family home
The house is next to the local bus, coach, and railway stations in Bournemouth. A private lane in front of the house has off-street parking. Hurn Airport and the M27 motorway are all within convenient driving distance. A broad shopping mall and a couple of pubs can be found at the end of the lane.
Couples, independent travellers, and international travellers would appreciate the accommodations.
#7 Cosy coastal getaway
With a kingsize bed and an ensuite, this room is cosy and new. With a driveway parking spot, you get your own entrance door. 100 yards from the River Stour and a mile from the beach on a scenic lane.
A 10-minute stroll down the river to Hengistbury Head provides views of Christchurch Priory and nature reserves. Tuckton is a short walk away, and Christchurch is 15 minutes away, with pubs, bars, takeaway options, and small shops. Freeview TV and wireless internet are both open. Smoking is not permitted, and dogs are not permitted.
Crockery and cutlery are available for use as a takeaway, and the nearby fish and chip shop is excellent! There’s even a kettle for the morning cup of tea, as well as a little fridge for the milk. Tea, herbal/fruit tea, and coffee are also available for free. Towels and all bedroom linens, as well as toiletries, are offered.

The Priory, Ruins, Gardens, River with many Swans, Boat rides, and nice individual shops, cafes, pubs, and good restaurants make historic Christchurch a lovely place. The town is dog-friendly. Tuckton and Christchurch are at the end of Iford Lane. A lovely dog walk or a 5-minute drive.
Southbourne’s main high street is just 5 minutes away by car and is lined with pubs, shops, restaurants, and tapas bars, making it a fun little centre.
Lots of nice dog walking areas and lots of beautiful walks around the river at Tuckton, Christchurch Quay, on the beach to Hengistbury Head Spit, Stanpit Marsh, Avon Beach-Steamer Point – Mudeford – Stroll along the beach to Highcliffe Castle and stop in the gardens for a coffee.
Chain Ferry from Sandbanks to Shell Bay (four minute crossing) for a great beach (lots of dog walkers), then visit Swanage and Corfe Castle (beautiful scenery). Salisbury, the New Forest, Brownsea Island, Poole, the Purbecks, and the Jurassic Coast are all within easy driving distance. Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove
On Saturdays, Lymington hosts a premium market with olives, cheeses, and bread stalls, as well as a marina and open-air swimming pool.
